Is it really free?
Yes. Matching and booking are free, with no booking fees. You only pay the clinic for your treatment, as you normally would.
Can you match me with a clinic that takes my insurance or CDCP?
Tell us about your coverage when you request a match. The clinic will confirm participation, coverage and any out-of-pocket costs before treatment.
I have tooth pain. Can I be seen quickly?
Choose “Tooth pain / emergency” and “As soon as possible” and we’ll look for clinics with the soonest openings. For a medical emergency, call 911.
When do I get my gift card?
After a qualifying new-patient exam and another service, submit your claim. Our Rewards team reviews claims within 5–10 business days and emails the redemption link once validated.
